The TWECO 1210-1302 is a self-insulated, thread-on MIG welding nozzle designed for use with Tweco No. 1 MIG guns rated up to 180 amps. The nozzle features a 3/8-inch bore and a 3/4-inch outer diameter, with an overall length of 2.224 inches. It is constructed in a 3-piece design: a nozzle housing cut and formed from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, a nozzle insert machined from solid brass, and a nozzle insulator made from G7 silicone material. No additional insulator is required. The part number is roll-stamped on the outer surface for quick identification in the field. Sold as a 2-pack.
This nozzle is suited for light-to-medium duty MIG welding applications up to 180 amps. The flush-style tip configuration positions the contact tip at the nozzle face, which is well suited for shorter electrical stick-out scenarios and tighter arc lengths. The 122 DHP copper alloy construction supports higher heat applications, including situations where the nozzle may contact the workpiece during tack, spot, or stitch welding. The M11-1.5-6H thread size matches the gas diffuser on compatible Tweco No. 1 MIG gun assemblies.
Designed for use with Tweco No. 1 MIG guns rated up to 180 amps using a standard gas diffuser. Thread size is M11-1.5-6H.
Installation is performed by a qualified welding technician or MIG gun service professional. Disconnect and de-energize the welding system before servicing front-end consumables. Thread the nozzle onto the gas diffuser by hand until fully seated; do not use tools that could damage the threads or insulator. Inspect the silicone insulator for cracking or heat damage during each consumable change.
