The TWECO 1210-1112 is a self-insulated copper MIG welding nozzle engineered for use with the Tweco Mini-MIG-Gun platform. The nozzle features a 0.5-inch bore, a 2.068-inch length, and a 0.75-inch outer diameter, with M11-1.5-6H thread sizing and a flush contact tip relationship of 0.062 inches. Constructed from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, it handles welding applications up to 180 amps. Its 3-piece design integrates a formed copper alloy housing, a solid brass insert with machined internal threads, and a G7 silicone insulator, eliminating the need for a separate external insulator. The part number is rolled-stamped on the outer surface for quick identification in the field. Sold as 2 per pack.
This nozzle is rated for light to medium duty MIG welding applications up to 180A and is designed for use with the standard gas diffuser on Tweco Mini-MIG-Gun MIG guns. The flush tip configuration on this nozzle is suited for shorter electrical stick-out scenarios that bring the contact tip closer to the workpiece, resulting in tighter arc lengths. This geometry is typically selected for flat and positional welds where arc control and proximity to the base material are priorities. The thread-on mounting design allows the nozzle to seat directly onto the gas diffuser for a secure, repeatable fit.
Designed for use with standard gas diffusers on Tweco Mini-MIG-Gun MIG guns rated up to 180A.
Installation is performed by a qualified MIG welder or welding technician. Always de-energize the welding power source and allow the gun to cool completely before removing or installing front-end consumables. Thread the nozzle onto the gas diffuser by hand until fully seated to avoid cross-threading the brass insert. Inspect the silicone insulator and nozzle insert for wear or heat damage at each consumable change to prevent unplanned arc faults.
