The TWECO 1140-1304 is a 14 Series Standard Duty Tapered Contact Tip designed for MIG welding applications up to 400 amps. It accepts 0.045-inch wire with a 0.054-inch nominal bore ID and measures 1.5 inches in length with a 0.25-inch OD. Machined from extruded or gun-drilled 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, the tip delivers a consistent, smooth inside diameter surface held to a tolerance of plus or minus 0.003 inches. The thick-walled construction acts as a heat sink, drawing heat away from the arc source for extended service life. Sold in a pack of 25.

This contact tip is suited for standard MIG welding environments in both fabrication shop and production settings.
