The TWECO 1047-1032 is an air-cooled MIG welding gun rated at 400 amps with a 60% duty cycle when used with CO2 shielding gas. It accommodates wire diameters up to 1/16 inch and features a 15-foot power cable with a Miller style rear connection. The conductor tube uses a three-layer construction: a copper inner tube, a silicon-resin glass insulator, and an outer metal jacket. The 60-degree conductor tube swivels 360 degrees around the handle and can be removed and replaced without pulling the conduit. This gun is built for light to medium duty fabrication work performed by professional welders in shop and industrial environments.
