The TWECO 1023-1121 is a Spray Master Series MIG gun rated at 250 amps, designed for spray transfer and pulse welding applications with mixed or straight CO2 gases. The gun ships with a 15-foot power cable and a Miller style rear plug connection, making it a direct fit for Miller-equipped wire feeders. It accepts wire diameters from 0.035 to 0.045 inches and is air-cooled, operating at an 80% duty cycle with argon/CO2 gas mixtures. The ergonomic, compact handle is balanced to pivot at the center, reducing operator fatigue during extended welding sessions. A heavy-duty, thick-walled contact tip and diffuser extend consumable life and reduce downtime between tip changes.
This MIG gun is suited for a broad range of working environments including production shops, maintenance and repair facilities, farm and garage settings, and artistic metalworking. The simplified direct rear plug design speeds up installation and reduces setup time. Standard configuration includes a trigger on/off operation, with optional mechanical locking trigger and dual schedule trigger available as separate configurations. Interchangeable front-end consumables are compatible with both Tweco Classic No. Series and Tweco Spray Master Series guns, lowering overall inventory carrying costs for shops running multiple guns.
Designed for use with Miller style wire feeder rear connections. Front-end consumables are interchangeable between the Tweco Classic No. Series and the Tweco Spray Master Series.
Installation should be performed by a qualified welding technician or electrician familiar with MIG welding equipment. Power down and disconnect the wire feeder from its power source before connecting or disconnecting the gun. Verify the rear plug style matches the feeder before installation. Follow the wire feeder manufacturer's guidelines and applicable AWS safety standards when routing and securing the power cable.
