The TWECO 1010-1145 is a Professional No. 1 Classic Series air-cooled MIG gun rated at 180 amps with a 60% duty cycle using CO2 gas. Built for semi-automatic welding, it ships with a 15-foot lead cable featuring a Lincoln-style rear connection and a fully insulated Mig-Kwik connector for fast hookup and disconnection at the wire feeder. The gun accepts wire diameters from 0.030 to 0.035 inches and uses a 60-degree neoprene-insulated quick-change conductor tube that swivels 360 degrees around the handle. The three-layer conductor tube construction — copper tube, silicon-resin glass insulator, and metal jacket — delivers a reliable current path from feeder to contact tip. Licensed HVAC techs, fabricators, and MIG welders install and service this gun.
The 1010-1145 is suited for light-duty fabrication, farm and garage work, job shops, artistic metalworking, and maintenance and repair applications. Its Lincoln-style connection makes it a direct fit for wire feeders using that rear connector format. The balanced, oval-shaped handle is designed to pivot at the center to reduce operator fatigue during extended welding sessions, and a bottom-mounted gun hanger allows easy resting between passes. Front-end consumables are interchangeable with the Tweco Spray Master series and the Tweco Professional No. series, which lowers replacement parts inventory.
Designed for use with Lincoln-style wire feeders. Front-end consumables are interchangeable with the Tweco Spray Master series and Tweco Professional No. series guns.
Installation and service should be performed by a qualified welder or welding equipment technician. Disconnect and de-energize the wire feeder before connecting or disconnecting the gun. Verify the rear connector style on the feeder matches the Lincoln-style connection before installation. Inspect the lead cable, conductor tube, and contact tip for wear before returning the gun to service.
