The TUNGALOY 6802239 is a solid carbide turning insert in the CNMG543 geometry with AH120 grade and a PVD-applied TiAlN coating. It features an 80-degree diamond shape (insert shape code C), a negative rake angle of -15 degrees, and a chamfered and honed cutting edge style. The inscribed circle measures 0.625 inches, insert length is 0.634 inches, thickness is 0.250 inches, and the corner radius is 0.047 inches (3/64 inch). Designed for use in CNC turning, facing, and boring operations, this insert is installed by machinists and toolroom technicians working in production and job-shop environments.
