The TUNGALOY 6781029 is a CCMT060208-PS turning insert in grade T9225, manufactured from solid carbide with a multilayer CVD coating of TiN, TiCN, and Al2O3. The 80-degree diamond (rhombic) shape and positive rake geometry deliver efficient cutting action in finishing and medium machining operations. With a 0.25-inch inscribed circle, 0.0315-inch corner radius, and honed cutting edge style, this insert is designed for consistent performance in high-wear-resistance applications on steel, stainless steel, and cast iron workpieces.
