The TUNGALOY 5901572 is a laydown threading insert designed for external NPT thread cutting on a wide range of workpiece materials. Part of the TAC TungThread series, it carries the AH725 carbide grade with a PVD-applied TiAlN coating for wear resistance across universal material groups. The insert features a 60-degree included angle, an inscribed circle of 3/8 inches, and a thickness of 0.059 inches (1.50 mm).
