It accepts a standard 1/4-20 male thread shank with a 1/4-inch shank diameter and is rated to a maximum of 20,000 RPM, making it suitable for high-speed die grinders and right-angle tools. The 3-inch pad diameter provides a compact contact surface appropriate for detail work, weld cleanup, and confined-area grinding. Installation Notes
