The TRITON PRODUCTS B1-2-W is a double-sided swinging pegboard panel system designed for high-density tool and parts storage in space-constrained environments. Each unit features a heavy-duty powder-coated steel frame with commercial-grade perforated high-density fiberboard (HDF) pegboard panels mounted on both sides. The swing panel design allows each unit to pivot away from the wall, giving access to both board faces and multiplying usable storage surface by 6 to 8 times compared to a flat wall-mounted board. The system ships as a pack of 2 panels, each measuring 24 inches wide by 48 inches tall, and carries a 500-pound load capacity per swing panel unit. Licensed HVAC, electrical, and mechanical tradespeople commonly use systems like this in tool cribs and maintenance rooms.
This swing panel pegboard system is suited for tool cribs, maintenance shops, mechanical rooms, and any work environment where wall space is limited but tool inventory is large. It is designed to mount over workbenches or work stations and is well-matched to commercial and industrial settings. The system mounts to solid concrete or block walls using the included industrial-strength steel pivot wall brackets and all required hardware. Hollow stud walls require 2-inch by 6-inch wood headers for secure installation. The standard round-hole pegboard pattern accepts a wide range of commercially available pegboard hooks and accessories.
Designed as a standalone double-sided swing panel pegboard system compatible with standard round-hole pegboard hooks and accessories, including locking-style hooks such as 70000 Series DuraHook pegboard hooks.
Installation should be performed by qualified personnel familiar with wall anchor systems and load-bearing requirements. For concrete or block walls, use the included steel pivot wall brackets and supplied hardware; hollow stud walls require 2-inch by 6-inch wood headers before mounting. Verify wall structure and fastener ratings meet the 500-pound rated load capacity before hanging tools or parts. Always confirm the pivot path is clear of obstructions before swinging panels open during or after installation.
