The TRAEGER PELLET GRILLS LLC BAC602 is a form-fitted grill cover designed to protect Timberline pellet grills from outdoor exposure year-round. Constructed from heavy-duty 600D abrasion-resistant polyester, the cover resists rain, snow, and UV exposure while also meeting flame-resistance requirements. The tailored fit provides maximum coverage across the grill body, and a zippered front accessory panel expands to accommodate P.A.L. (Pellet Accessory Ladder) accessories without requiring full removal of the cover. Nylon webbing loops are integrated into the design to give technicians and end users a secure grip during installation and removal. This cover is installed by the grill owner or service technician as part of routine equipment protection.

The BAC602 is intended for use with current-generation Traeger Timberline series pellet grills in residential outdoor settings. It is well-suited for installations where the grill is exposed to seasonal weather changes, including high UV environments, wet climates, and areas with freezing precipitation. The cover is used in both permanent outdoor kitchen setups and freestanding patio configurations. Note that this cover is not compatible with the Timberline 850, Timberline 1300, or Timberline XL models.

Installation Notes

No tools are required for installation. Ensure the grill has fully cooled before placing the cover over the unit. Pull the cover down evenly on all sides and use the nylon webbing loops to seat and remove the cover without stressing the seams. Store the cover in a dry location when not in use to extend service life.
