The TOOL-FLO C4112500N4C is a solid carbide grooving insert designed for on-edge style tooling systems. It carries the TNMC43 insert style designation and is manufactured to the GP50 grade. The insert features a PVD-applied titanium nitride (TiN) coating for improved surface hardness and wear resistance. With a cutting width of 0.125 inches and a maximum depth of cut of 0.215 inches, it is suited for precision grooving operations on steel workpieces. Holding is accomplished via screw clamp.
