The TOA s4.10-hd-am rm3 is a digital UHF wireless microphone system designed for live vocal and speech reinforcement applications. It pairs a handheld dynamic microphone with a single-channel tabletop receiver, operating across the 506 to 538 MHz RF frequency band. The system supports up to 16 selectable RF channel frequencies and uses true diversity reception to reduce dropouts and signal interference. IR synchronization simplifies channel setup. The handheld transmitter runs on a single AA battery for up to 10 hours of continuous use, and the microphone features adjustable sensitivity for different source levels. An AC adapter and mic holder are included in the box.
This system is suited for live sound, public address, and speech reinforcement in venues such as houses of worship, conference rooms, classrooms, and small performance spaces. The tabletop receiver format works well at podiums, presenter tables, or front-of-house positions. Simple IR sync and a 16-channel frequency bank make it practical for single-operator setups where fast deployment matters. Up to 16 transmitters can operate simultaneously within the same RF band, allowing multi-system use in larger installations.
Designed as an OEM-style component of the TOA Trantec S4.10 UHF wireless system series for live vocal and speech reinforcement use.
Installation is typically performed by an AV technician or sound system installer. Before servicing or reconfiguring the receiver, power down the unit and disconnect the AC adapter. Position the tabletop receiver with a clear line of sight toward the performance or speaking area to support optimal RF reception. Follow applicable local electrical codes when routing AC power to the receiver.
