The TITAN USA TC65932 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in non-ferrous machining applications. Built with a 0.5 inch diameter and a 0.04 inch corner radius, this single-end, center-cutting tool reduces stress concentrations at the cutting edge and extends tool life in demanding production environments. The three-flute, right-hand spiral geometry paired with a ZrN (zirconium nitride) PVD coating promotes chip evacuation and reduces built-up edge when cutting aluminum, brass, and bronze. The 45-degree high helix angle supports aggressive feed rates while maintaining surface finish quality. Machinists and CNC programmers running non-ferrous work will find this tool well suited for roughing operations.
This end mill is intended for use in non-ferrous metal applications including aluminum, brass, and bronze. The coarse pitch, three-flute configuration is optimized for roughing material removal where chip load and chip clearance are priorities. It seats in standard straight-cylindrical toolholders with a 0.5 inch shank and delivers a 1.25 inch reach length, making it appropriate for pockets, slots, and profiling operations at moderate depths in CNC machining centers and manual mills.
Designed for use with standard straight-cylindrical toolholders accepting a 0.5 inch shank diameter. Primary workpiece materials are non-ferrous metals including aluminum, brass, and bronze.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC tooling technician. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the tool changer or turret is in a safe position before mounting or removing the end mill. Seat the shank to the full recommended engagement depth in the toolholder and torque the retention mechanism per the toolholder manufacturer specifications. Confirm runout with a dial indicator before beginning the first cut, as excessive runout will accelerate tool wear and degrade corner radius geometry.
