The TITAN USA TC56081 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations across a wide range of materials. With a 0.0810-inch cutting diameter, a 0.243-inch length of cut (LOC), and a 0.125-inch shank diameter, this is a small-diameter tool built for tight-tolerance work. The 30-degree helix angle and two-flute geometry promote efficient chip evacuation and clean cutting action. Overall length is 1.5 inches. The bright, uncoated finish on micrograin carbide substrate makes this tool suitable for general-purpose milling where coating is not required. Licensed machinists, toolmakers, and CNC operators are the primary users of this tool.
This end mill is suited for use in CNC machining centers, vertical mills, and manual knee mills where small-diameter, high-precision cuts are needed. The right-hand cut and right-hand flute direction with upcut geometry make it a standard-configuration tool for conventional milling setups. The centercutting design allows for plunge entry as well as peripheral cutting, adding flexibility in slotting, profiling, and pocket-milling applications. It is particularly well suited for work in aluminum, brass, plastics, and softer ferrous materials where an uncoated carbide tool performs reliably.
Designed as a standard single-end square end mill with a 0.125-inch shank diameter, compatible with collet systems and tool holders sized for 1/8-inch shanks on CNC machining centers and manual mills.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC operator. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is locked out before changing tooling. Seat the shank fully and evenly in a properly sized collet or end mill holder and torque to the tool holder manufacturer specification. Verify runout with a dial indicator before beginning a production cut, particularly at this diameter where small runout values have a proportionally large effect on tool life and finish quality.
