The TITAN USA TC56070 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining applications. With a 0.0700-inch cutting diameter and a 0.21-inch length of cut, this tool is suited for fine detail work, slotting, and profiling in tight geometries. The 0.125-inch shank diameter fits standard collets and tool holders common to CNC machining centers and manual mills. A 30-degree helix angle promotes smooth chip evacuation and reduced cutting forces. The bright uncoated finish makes it a straightforward choice for general-purpose carbide milling without specialty coating requirements. Solid carbide micrograin construction provides rigidity and edge retention at small diameters.
This end mill is used in machine shops and production environments where small-diameter, high-precision cuts are required. The two-flute geometry and upcut flute direction are well suited for slotting and plunge operations where chip clearance is a priority. The right-hand cut and right-hand flute configuration follow standard CNC toolpath conventions. At 1.5 inches overall length, this is a compact tool intended for short-reach applications. Machinists working with aluminum, brass, plastics, and softer steels will find the geometry and micrograin carbide grade appropriate for their work.
Designed for use in CNC machining centers, manual knee mills, and similar machine tools accepting a 0.125-inch shank via standard ER collets or precision tool holders.
Installation is performed by a qualified machinist or CNC operator. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and locked out before inserting or removing the tool from the collet or holder. Seat the shank fully to the recommended depth in the collet and torque the nut to the collet manufacturer specification. Inspect the cutting edges for chips or damage before each use, as carbide tools at small diameters are brittle and sensitive to side loading.
