The TITAN USA TC32032 is a solid carbide drill mill designed for combined drilling and milling operations on a single tool. With a 0.5-inch mill diameter, a 90-degree point angle, and 2 flutes, this tool handles center drilling, chamfering, spot drilling, and light milling without a tool change. The uncoated bright finish makes it well-suited for use on aluminum, plastics, and other non-ferrous materials where coating adhesion is not required. The 0.5-inch shank diameter provides solid gripping surface in standard ER collet chucks or end mill holders. Overall length is 3 inches with a 1-inch length of cut.
Drill mills see regular use in job shops, tool rooms, and production machining environments where setup time and tool count matter. This style of tool is commonly run on vertical machining centers, knee mills, and CNC lathes with live tooling. The 90-degree point angle is a standard geometry for spotting and chamfering operations. Machinists and CNC operators installing this tool should match speeds and feeds to the workpiece material and confirm runout before cutting.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-use drill mill fitting any machine spindle or toolholder that accepts a 0.5-inch round shank end mill.
Installation is performed by machinists and CNC operators. Always power down and lock out the machine spindle before loading or changing tooling. Seat the shank fully in the collet or end mill holder and torque the retention hardware per the toolholder manufacturer specification. Verify runout with a dial indicator before commencing cuts, and confirm that speeds, feeds, and depth of cut are appropriate for the workpiece material.
