The TITAN USA TC26443 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining applications. Built with 5 helical flutes and a 1/2 inch mill diameter, it delivers both roughing and finishing capability in a single tool. The 1/64 inch (0.0150 inch) corner radius reduces stress concentrations at part edges and extends tool life in hard-to-machine materials. An AlCromax (ALCRO-MAX) PVD coating provides thermal and oxidation resistance at elevated cutting temperatures. The 38-degree high helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation. This end mill is installed by machinists and tooling professionals operating CNC mills and machining centers.

The TC26443 is suited for milling superalloys, titanium alloys, Inconel, stainless steel, alloy steel, cast iron, and other ferrous metals. Its single-end, straight cylindrical shank configuration fits standard toolholders with a 1/2 inch bore.
