The TITAN USA TC26443 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining applications. Built with 5 helical flutes and a 1/2 inch mill diameter, it delivers both roughing and finishing capability in a single tool. The 1/64 inch (0.0150 inch) corner radius reduces stress concentrations at part edges and extends tool life in hard-to-machine materials. An AlCromax (ALCRO-MAX) PVD coating provides thermal and oxidation resistance at elevated cutting temperatures. The 38-degree high helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation. This end mill is installed by machinists and tooling professionals operating CNC mills and machining centers.
The TC26443 is suited for milling superalloys, titanium alloys, Inconel, stainless steel, alloy steel, cast iron, and other ferrous metals. Its single-end, straight cylindrical shank configuration fits standard toolholders with a 1/2 inch bore. The 1 inch reach length and 1.125 inch length of cut make it well matched to moderate-depth slotting, profiling, and contour milling operations where corner integrity and surface finish are critical. It performs in both roughing passes and finish cuts without a tool change.
Designed for use with standard cylindrical-bore toolholders accepting a 1/2 inch shank diameter. Suitable for CNC milling of superalloys, titanium alloys, Inconel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and cast iron workpieces.
Installation is performed by a qualified machinist or tooling technician. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the tool changer is in a safe state before mounting or removing the end mill. Secure the shank in a compatible toolholder to the full specified gauge length to minimize runout. Follow the tool manufacturer and machine OEM guidelines for feed rate, spindle speed, and depth of cut when cutting superalloys or titanium, as these materials are sensitive to incorrect parameters.
