The TITAN USA TC25809 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining applications. The TC25809 features a 3/16 inch cutting diameter and a 3/8 inch length of cut, making it well suited for slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling in tight spaces. With 5 flutes and a 38-degree helix angle, this end mill delivers improved chip evacuation and surface finish at higher feed rates. The AlCrO-MAX coating provides heat and oxidation resistance, extending tool life in ferrous and hard material applications. The micrograin carbide substrate adds edge strength and wear resistance for demanding cuts.
This end mill is intended for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills across job shops, production facilities, and toolrooms. It is a single-end tool with right-hand cutting and right-hand flute direction. The variable index geometry helps reduce chatter and harmonic vibration, which improves finish quality in interrupted cuts and contour milling. With a 2 inch overall length and 3/16 inch shank diameter, it fits standard collets and toolholders used in light-duty to medium-duty milling setups. Machinists and CNC operators handling steel, stainless, cast iron, or similar materials will find this geometry appropriate for their work.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard stock end mill for use in CNC machining centers and manual milling machines accepting 3/16 inch shank toolholders or collets.
Installation is performed by qualified machinists or CNC operators. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is powered down before changing tooling. Seat the shank fully and evenly in the collet or toolholder and torque to the toolholder manufacturer specification. Inspect the cutting edges for chips or damage before use, and verify runout with a dial indicator when tight tolerances are required.
