The TITAN USA TC25800 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance metal removal in demanding machining applications. The cutter measures 5/8 inch (0.625 inches) in diameter with a 3/4-inch length of cut, a 5/8-inch shank diameter, and a 3-inch overall length. It features five flutes with a 38-degree helix angle and a variable index flute geometry that reduces harmonic chatter during aggressive cuts. The AlCrO-MAX coating provides elevated heat resistance and oxidation protection, extending tool life in hard and abrasive workpiece materials. Machinists and CNC operators in job shops, production machining, and tool-and-die environments are the primary users of this tool.
The TC25800 is suited for milling ferrous and non-ferrous materials where surface finish and tool longevity are priorities. Its right-hand cut, right-hand flute orientation, and centercutting capability allow it to perform peripheral milling, slotting, and plunge operations. The micrograin carbide substrate supports higher cutting speeds and feeds compared to standard carbide grades. This end mill is a single-end, upcut-flute design intended for use in vertical machining centers and CNC milling machines.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-use solid carbide end mill compatible with standard 5/8-inch collets, hydraulic chucks, shrink-fit holders, and milling machine spindles accepting a 5/8-inch shank diameter.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC operator. Secure the shank fully into the tool holder to the recommended minimum engagement depth before tightening. Ensure the spindle and machine are powered off and all motion has stopped before changing tooling. Follow the machine manufacturer and tooling manufacturer feed and speed recommendations for the specific workpiece material to avoid premature tool wear or breakage.
