The TITAN USA TC20118 is a screw machine length drill bit sized to Letter R (0.3390 inches) with a 135-degree split point and solid carbide construction. Screw machine length bits are shorter than jobber-length equivalents, which increases rigidity and reduces deflection in high-cycle production and machining environments. The split point geometry starts on contact without a center punch, improving hole location accuracy. With two regular spiral flutes and a bright uncoated finish, this bit is suited for ferrous and non-ferrous materials where coating is not required.
