The TITAN USA TC19235 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit sized to wire gauge No. 35, with a decimal diameter of 0.1100 inches (2.80 mm). It features a standard 118-degree split-free point, a bright uncoated finish, and a regular right-hand spiral flute geometry. The straight cylindrical shank and 2.25-inch overall length make this bit well suited for precision small-hole drilling in machining, fabrication, and maintenance applications. Machinists, tool-and-die tradespeople, and general metalworking shops are the primary users of this style of drill bit. The two-flute design promotes clean chip evacuation on through-holes in non-ferrous and soft metallic workpieces.
This drill bit is rated for general-purpose drilling applications with a primary workpiece material classification covering aluminum and non-ferrous metals. It fits standard drill chucks that accept a 0.1100-inch straight shank and is appropriate for use in CNC drilling centers, drill presses, and hand-held power drills where a collet or keyless chuck can securely grip the shank. The 1.25-inch flute length supports a maximum drilling depth of 1.25 inches in a single pass. No coolant-through capability is present, so external coolant or cutting fluid is recommended when drilling production volumes in harder non-ferrous alloys.
Designed as a general-purpose jobber drill in the TC19 series, compatible with any drill chuck or collet accepting a 0.1100-inch straight cylindrical shank. Suitable for use in drill presses, CNC machining centers, and hand-held power tools configured for small-diameter carbide tooling.
Installation and use of small-diameter carbide drill bits should be performed by a qualified machinist or tradesperson familiar with carbide tooling. Always secure the shank fully in a matched collet or keyless chuck before operation, and confirm runout is within acceptable limits to prevent bit fracture. Carbide is brittle — avoid side loading, interrupted cuts without proper feed rate adjustment, and impacts during handling or storage. Apply cutting fluid or external coolant when drilling production runs to extend tool life.
