The TITAN USA TC19234 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit in wire gauge size No. 34, with a decimal diameter of 0.1110 inches. It features a 118-degree standard point angle and a bright, uncoated finish. The two-flute, right-hand spiral design delivers clean chip evacuation during through-hole and blind-hole drilling operations. Overall length is 2.25 inches, with a flute length of 1.25 inches and a straight cylindrical shank diameter of 0.1110 inches. Solid carbide construction provides the rigidity and wear resistance required when drilling non-ferrous metals, aluminum, and similar materials at higher speeds than high-speed steel tooling allows.
This drill bit is suited for production and maintenance drilling in light manufacturing, metalworking, and precision fabrication environments. The TC19234 is a general-purpose tool appropriate for job shop work, CNC drilling, and manual drill press operations where a wire gauge No. 34 hole is required. Its 11xD flute-to-diameter ratio supports drilling depths up to 1.25 inches. No coolant-through capability is present, so adequate external lubrication or coolant application is recommended when drilling metal workpieces to maximize tool life.
Designed as a general-purpose jobber drill for use in standard drill chucks, CNC machining centers, and drill presses accepting a 0.1110-inch straight shank. Rated for drilling aluminum and non-ferrous workpiece materials per the UNSPSC tool classification 23241634.
Installation and use should be performed by a qualified machinist or tool operator familiar with carbide tooling requirements. Secure the straight shank fully in a properly sized drill chuck or collet before use, and verify runout is within acceptable limits, as carbide is brittle and sensitive to deflection. Power down and de-energize the machine before changing or seating the drill bit. Do not use this bit on hardened ferrous materials, as solid carbide general-purpose drills are optimized for non-ferrous and softer workpiece materials.
