The TITAN USA TC19126 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit sized to Letter Z (0.4130 inches) with a 118-degree split point and a bright, uncoated finish. It is designed for general-purpose drilling in aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and other materials where carbide rigidity and edge retention outperform high-speed steel. The regular spiral flute geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation, and the straight cylindrical shank seats securely in standard drill chucks. With an overall length of 4.5 inches and a flute length of 2.875 inches, this bit fits the typical jobber-length reach needed across machining, fabrication, and maintenance applications.
The TC19126 is suited for drilling operations in machine shops, production environments, and field maintenance settings where letter-size holes are required. The split point geometry reduces walking at drill entry and lowers the thrust needed to start a hole, making it practical for use in drill presses, CNC machining centers, and hand-held power tools. Its solid carbide construction handles aluminum, brass, copper, and similar non-ferrous materials. The right-hand cutting direction is standard for conventional drilling setups.
Designed as an OEM-style general-purpose jobber drill for use in standard drill presses, CNC machining centers, and compatible power tool chucks that accept a 0.4130-inch straight shank.
Installation and operation should be performed by qualified machinists or trade professionals familiar with rotating cutting tools. Ensure the drill press or machining center spindle is fully stopped and locked out before inserting or removing the bit. Verify chuck or collet runout is within acceptable limits before drilling, as excessive runout accelerates carbide edge wear. Use appropriate cutting fluid or air blast for chip clearing when drilling deeper holes, and do not exceed the maximum drilling depth of 2.875 inches for this bit.
