The TITAN USA TC19021 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit designed for precision drilling in aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and similar materials. It features a 21/64 inch (0.3281 inch) diameter with a 118-degree split point for accurate self-centering entry and reduced walking on entry. The bright, uncoated finish suits general-purpose drilling applications where coating is not required. With a 4 inch overall length and a regular right-hand spiral flute, this bit is well suited for machinists, tool-and-die technicians, and fabricators working on production or maintenance drilling tasks.
This drill bit fits standard drilling applications in machine shops, fabrication facilities, and maintenance environments. The TC19021 targets aluminum and non-ferrous workpieces as its primary material class, but the general-purpose carbide grade also handles a range of materials coded P, M, K, N, and S under ISO material classification. The straight cylindrical shank fits directly into standard drill chucks and collet holders without adapters. It is sold individually and suited for both manual drill press use and CNC drilling operations where a jobber-length carbide bit is specified.
Designed as a general-purpose jobber drill for use in standard drill chucks and collet holders accepting a 21/64 inch straight shank. Primary workpiece material classification covers aluminum and non-ferrous metals, with ISO material codes P, M, K, N, and S indicated. Part of the TITAN USA TC19 series.
Installation is performed by machinists or tooling technicians. Secure the shank fully in the chuck or collet before operation and verify runout with a dial indicator when precision is required. Carbide bits are brittle — avoid side loading, interrupted cuts without appropriate feed rate reduction, and dropping or impacting the cutting edge. Always power down and lock out the spindle before changing tooling.
