The TITAN USA TC11424 is a 3-flute, solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance metal removal in milling applications. It features a 3/8-inch cutting diameter with a 5/8-inch length of cut and a 2-inch overall length. The AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) coating provides heat resistance and extended tool life when cutting ferrous metals, hardened steels, and high-temperature alloys. The 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces. This end mill is a single-end, right-hand cut tool manufactured from micrograin solid carbide, making it suitable for finish and semi-finish milling operations performed by machinists and CNC operators.
