The TITAN USA TC10908 is a 4-flute solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in demanding shop environments. With a 0.125-inch cutting diameter, a 0.25-inch length of cut, and a 30-degree helix angle, it delivers clean, accurate cuts in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, non-ferrous materials, and high-temperature alloys. The micrograin carbide substrate provides the rigidity and wear resistance needed for consistent performance in both CNC machining centers and manual mills. An AlTiN coating reduces heat buildup and extends tool life when cutting hard or abrasive materials.
This end mill is suited for general-purpose milling operations in job shops, tool rooms, and production environments. Its centercutting design allows for direct plunge entry, expanding its versatility across slotting, profiling, and pocketing operations. The right-hand cut, right-hand spiral flute geometry with an upcut configuration promotes efficient chip evacuation. It fits 0.125-inch collets and is sold individually, making it a practical replacement or stocking option for CNC or manual machining setups working with a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
Designed for use in standard 0.125-inch collet systems on CNC machining centers and manual milling machines. Primary workpiece materials include steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum and non-ferrous metals, and high-temperature alloys.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC operator. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is powered down before changing tooling. Seat the shank fully in the collet to the recommended insertion depth and torque the collet nut per the collet manufacturer specifications. Verify runout with a dial indicator before beginning a production run to avoid premature tool wear or workpiece damage.
