The TITAN USA TC10806 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in metalworking and machining applications. With a 3/32-inch (0.0938 inch) cutting diameter and a 3/8-inch length of cut, this single-end tool is built for tight-tolerance work in confined geometries. The micrograin carbide construction delivers edge hardness and wear resistance well beyond high-speed steel alternatives. A 30-degree helix angle promotes smooth chip evacuation while maintaining cutting stability. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute direction follow standard CNC and manual milling setups. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals working in production or prototype environments will find this end mill suited for slotting, profiling, and plunge operations at small diameters.
This end mill is appropriate for light to medium milling tasks on ferrous and non-ferrous materials where a small-diameter, high-rigidity tool is required. The 1/8-inch shank diameter fits standard collets used on CNC machining centers, vertical mills, and die-grinding spindles. The bright uncoated finish makes it a practical choice when cutting aluminum, brass, copper, and similar non-ferrous materials where coatings can cause material adhesion. At 1-1/2 inches overall length, the tool profile minimizes deflection during fine detail work.
Designed for use in standard 1/8-inch collets on CNC machining centers, vertical knee mills, and precision die-grinding spindles. Fits within the 0.3000 to 0.5000 inch length-of-cut range class for this tool diameter.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist following shop safety procedures. Secure the shank fully within the collet to the recommended engagement depth and torque the collet nut per the spindle manufacturer specifications. Confirm runout with a dial indicator before beginning a production cut. Do not exceed the rated depth of cut for the diameter; small-diameter carbide end mills are brittle and will fracture under excessive radial or axial load.
