The TITAN USA TC10708 is a solid carbide ball end mill designed for precision milling operations across a wide range of metalworking applications. With a 0.125-inch mill diameter, 0.25-inch length of cut, and a 4-flute helical configuration at a 30-degree helix angle, this end mill delivers consistent performance in both roughing and finishing passes. The ball nose geometry produces smooth contoured surfaces and is well-suited for 3D profiling, slotting, and contouring work. At 1.5 inches overall length with a 0.125-inch straight-cylindrical shank, it fits standard collet and end mill holders used on CNC machining centers and manual knee mills.
This end mill is intended for use on a broad range of primary workpiece materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and superalloys including titanium. Its uncoated bright finish makes it a straightforward general-purpose choice for job shops and production environments that run varied material schedules. The single-end, right-hand cut and right-hand flute direction are standard for conventional CNC and manual milling setups. It is sold individually and is appropriate for machinists, tool and die makers, and CNC operators requiring a compact small-diameter ball mill.
The TC10708 is a general-purpose ball end mill compatible with standard 0.125-inch collets, ER collet chucks, and end mill holders used on CNC machining centers and manual vertical mills. Suitable for steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and superalloys including titanium as primary workpiece materials.
Installation is performed by qualified machinists or CNC operators. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the control is in an e-stop or locked-out state before changing tooling. Seat the shank fully into the collet or holder and torque the retention nut per the toolholder manufacturer specification. Verify runout with a dial indicator before initiating a cut, particularly at this small diameter where deflection can affect tool life and part accuracy.
