The TITAN USA TC10536 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metal fabrication and machining environments. With a 0.5625 inch cutting diameter and a 1.25 inch length of cut, it handles slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling across a range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The four-flute geometry and 30-degree helix angle promote efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. Micrograin carbide construction delivers hardness and wear resistance suited to demanding production conditions. This tool is installed by machinists and CNC operators in job shop and production machining settings.
This end mill is well-suited for CNC machining centers and manual milling machines where a 9/16 inch shank and 3.5 inch overall length are appropriate for the workholding and spindle setup. The right-hand cut, right-hand flute, upcut configuration makes it compatible with standard spindle rotation in most vertical and horizontal milling setups. The centercutting capability allows plunge milling in addition to peripheral and slot cutting operations. The bright, uncoated finish is appropriate for use across a broad range of general-purpose milling applications.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-use solid carbide square end mill for CNC machining centers and manual milling machines requiring a 9/16 inch shank diameter with standard ER or straight-bore collet and end mill holder systems.
This end mill is installed by machinists or CNC operators and should be seated securely in a compatible collet or end mill holder rated for the 0.5625 inch shank diameter. Verify spindle rotation direction matches the right-hand cut designation before engaging the workpiece. Inspect the tool for chips or cracks prior to mounting, and use appropriate cutting speeds and feeds for the workpiece material. Never exceed the tool manufacturer's recommended depth-of-cut or runout tolerances for the holder being used.
