The TITAN USA TC10118 is a 2-flute solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining applications. It features a 0.2813 inch cutting diameter, a 0.75 inch length of cut, and a 0.3125 inch shank diameter, with a 2.5 inch overall length. The tool is ground from micrograin solid carbide and coated with AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) for improved heat resistance and extended tool life in ferrous and hardened materials. A 30-degree helix angle and right-hand upcut flute geometry promote efficient chip evacuation during milling passes.
