The TITAN USA CS30010 is a solid carbide combo drill countersink designed to drill and countersink in a single pass. With a trade size of 0 and a body diameter of 0.125 inches, this tool handles small-diameter applications where precision entry and clean countersink geometry matter. The 60-degree included angle and 118-degree drill point work together to produce accurate, consistent results in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The bright uncoated finish is standard for solid carbide tooling used across a wide range of substrates. Machinists, tool and die workers, and fabricators handling light-gauge assemblies reach for this style of combination tool to reduce setup time and eliminate secondary operations.
This combo drill countersink is suited for bench-top drilling operations, CNC machining centers, and manual drill press work where size 0 hardware is being seated flush or below the surface. The double-end configuration extends usable tool life by providing two cutting ends. Right-hand cut geometry makes it compatible with standard spindle rotation on conventional drilling equipment. Applications include sheet metal fabrication, electronics enclosure assembly, and light structural work where small fastener countersinking is required.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-use combo drill countersink for standard size 0 applications requiring a 0.125-inch body diameter tool in conventional drill press or CNC drilling setups.
This tool is installed by machinists or fabricators in standard drill chucks or collet holders accepting a 0.125-inch shank. Secure the tool firmly before operation and verify spindle speed is appropriate for the workpiece material and tool diameter. Inspect both cutting ends for chipping before use, as solid carbide is brittle and sensitive to impact. Follow applicable shop safety procedures and equipment manufacturer guidelines when operating drilling machinery.
