The THOMAS BETTS C10-10F is a non-insulated standard fork terminal designed for crimp-style electrical connections in control wiring, panel builds, and equipment terminations. Rated at 600 volts, the terminal features a copper contact body with a tin nitride (TiN) plating for reliable conductivity and corrosion resistance. The fork opening measures 0.38 inches wide, with an overall length of 0.82 inches, making it a compact option for stud size 10 terminations. These terminals are sold in a package of 50. Licensed electricians and panel builders use these during new construction, equipment servicing, and control panel assembly where bare-end fork connections are required.
The C10-10F is suited for residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical work where a non-insulated crimp fork terminal is needed at a number 10 stud. Its yellow color serves as a visual indicator during installation and inspection. Typical applications include terminal blocks, bus bars, control boards, and equipment grounding points. The 600-volt rating covers the majority of low- and standard-voltage panel wiring applications encountered in the field.
Designed for use with number 10 stud terminations in standard electrical panels, control enclosures, and equipment wiring applications where non-insulated crimp fork terminals are specified.
Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). De-energize the circuit and verify zero voltage with a meter before terminating any conductors. Use a calibrated ratcheting crimp tool appropriate for the wire gauge and terminal type to ensure a secure, gas-tight crimp. Inspect each terminated connection for proper seating before closing the panel or enclosure.
