This terminal is suited for use in residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical installations where aluminum conductors require a solid mechanical and electrical connection. Use compression tooling rated and calibrated for the applicable AWG range to achieve a proper crimp. Do not substitute hand tools or non-rated crimp dies, as an improper crimp can result in high-resistance connections or terminal pull-out.
