The THOMAS BETTS 15108-100 is a flexible liquidtight conduit designed to protect electrical wiring in wet, oily, or corrosive environments. Constructed from polyvinylchloride (PVC), this conduit combines flexibility with reliable moisture resistance, making it a go-to choice for runs where rigid conduit is impractical. The trade size is 1 inch, with an inside diameter of 1.046 inches and an outside diameter of 1.302 inches. It ships in a 100-foot coil. Licensed electricians install this product in commercial, industrial, and residential applications where code requires liquidtight protection at equipment connections and service entrances.
This conduit is suited for use in conduit systems requiring flexible, liquidtight connections to motors, HVAC equipment, pumps, compressors, and other machinery subject to vibration or movement. The PVC construction handles exposure to moisture and many common chemicals without degrading. A 100-foot coil provides enough material for multiple connection runs on a single job, reducing the need for multiple orders on larger installations. It is commonly used indoors and outdoors wherever the NEC requires liquidtight flexible nonmetallic conduit (LFNC).
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-use liquidtight flexible nonmetallic conduit for 1-inch trade size fittings and connectors in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with NEC Article 356 governing liquidtight flexible nonmetallic conduit. De-energize all circuits before beginning conduit work and verify lockout/tagout procedures are followed. Use listed 1-inch liquidtight fittings rated for the conduit type to ensure a watertight seal at each termination. Avoid sharp bend radii that could kink the conduit or restrict wire pulling.
