Constructed from extruded aluminum, it measures 2 inches wide by 36 inches long and provides a low-profile bridge where carpet meets vinyl, tile, wood, or other flooring installed at a lower height. Flooring installers and finish carpenters use this bar to eliminate exposed carpet edges and trip hazards at doorways and room perimeters. The extruded aluminum construction keeps the bar rigid while remaining lightweight at 5 pounds per package of 12 units.
