The TECHNISEAL 141000099 is a polymer-fortified joint sand formulated for use in paving stone installations. It combines sand with special hardening additives that activate on contact with moisture, locking joint sand firmly in place between pavers. The product is engineered to hold up against wind, rain, freeze-thaw cycles, and substrate movement without washing out. It also blocks weed germination and resists insect penetration in the joints. Sold in a 35-pound pail, it is intended for professional hardscape installers and experienced contractors working on residential or commercial paving projects.

This product is used to fill and stabilize joints between concrete pavers, brick, or natural stone in driveways, walkways, patios, and similar hardscape surfaces. It performs in both residential and light commercial settings. For joints measuring 1/4 inch wide and 2 inches deep, a 40-pound pail covers approximately 30 to 45 square feet. Coverage varies based on joint depth and paver dimensions. The gray color is formulated to complement common paver tones used in standard hardscape applications.

Compatibility

Installation Notes

Apply using a funnel or bag to direct EZ Sand directly into the joints rather than broadcasting it loosely across the surface. Remove all excess product from the paver surface before wetting to prevent surface staining. Once excess is cleared, activate the polymer binder by misting the surface with water. Follow applicable site drainage and surface preparation standards for hardscape installations.
