The TECHNIKS 04216-06 is an ER16 series collet sized for 6 mm tooling, used to secure cutting tools in ER16-compatible collet chucks on CNC machining centers, manual mills, and other rotating spindle equipment. It features through-coolant capability, allowing coolant to pass directly through the collet body to the cutting zone for improved chip evacuation and tool life. The collet holds a Total Indicator Runout (TIR) of 0.0050 mm, providing the concentricity needed for precision milling, drilling, reaming, and tapping operations. Installation Notes
