The TECH PRODUCTS 50959-1 is a stud-to-stud vibration isolator rated for loads up to 44 pounds. It measures 25 millimeters in diameter and 19 millimeters in height, with M6 threaded connections on both ends. The isolator absorbs mechanical vibration and reduces structure-borne noise transmission between equipment and its mounting surface. HVAC technicians and mechanical contractors install these isolators on compressors, fan assemblies, pumps, and similar rotating equipment where vibration dampening is required to protect adjacent structure and reduce noise.
This isolator is suited for light commercial and residential mechanical equipment applications. It installs between equipment mounting feet and structural supports, equipment brackets, or frames. The M6 stud-to-stud configuration allows inline installation without special adapters. Common applications include rooftop units, air handling units, condensing units, and small pump assemblies where a compact, threaded isolator is the appropriate mounting solution.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation vibration isolator for light mechanical equipment requiring M6 stud-to-stud threaded mounting with a maximum load of 44 pounds per isolator.
Installation is performed by licensed HVAC technicians or mechanical contractors. Power down and de-energize all equipment before servicing mounting hardware. Thread both studs into mating components by hand first, then tighten with appropriate metric tooling to avoid over-torquing the isolator body. Verify load per isolator does not exceed the 44-pound rated capacity when distributing equipment weight across multiple isolators.
