The TB WOOD'S QT12 is a Quick-Detachable (QT) series sprocket bushing designed for use in power transmission drive assemblies. It accepts a 0.5 inch bore with a 0.125 inch keyway width and 0.0625 inch keyway depth, providing a secure, keyed connection between the bushing and shaft. Constructed from steel, the QT12 has an outside diameter of 2.5 inches and an overall width of 1.25 inches. It is rated for a maximum torque of 1,750 inch-pounds. Licensed HVAC, mechanical, and industrial technicians routinely install QT-series bushings when mounting sprockets, sheaves, or pulleys onto drive shafts in belt and chain drive systems.
