The TB WOOD'S 10H is a flexible one-piece solid sleeve designed for use in the Sure-Flex coupling system. Manufactured from Hytrel, a durable thermoplastic elastomer, this sleeve serves as the insert element that transmits torque between two coupling hubs while absorbing shock, vibration, and minor misalignment. It measures 3-7/16 inches in overall length and 7.0625 inches in outside diameter, and is rated for up to 11,350 in/lb (1,282 N/m) of torque. Mechanical and industrial technicians install this component as part of a complete flexible coupling assembly on rotating drive systems.

The 10H sleeve is used in industrial and commercial power transmission applications where flexible coupling connections are required between shafts on motors, pumps, compressors, and similar rotating equipment. To complete a functional coupling assembly, two Sure-Flex hubs of matching outside diameter are required alongside one sleeve insert. Hub bores may differ, allowing connection of shafts of different diameters within the same coupling system.
