The SUPERFLEX AZ105 is a liquid tight flexible PVC electrical conduit designed to protect and route electrical wiring in demanding trade installations. Constructed with an anti-oxidation PVC smooth interior, it allows for easier wire pulling without sharp edges or burrs that could damage conductor insulation. The integral rigid and flexible PVC construction gives it durability across a wide range of environments. Licensed electricians and electrical contractors rely on this type of conduit where rigid conduit is impractical and moisture resistance is required. This coil covers 50 feet at a 1 inch trade size, making it suitable for mid-size service runs.
This conduit is used in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations where a flexible, liquid tight raceway is needed. Common applications include equipment connections, motor leads, HVAC control wiring, and any run where vibration or movement demands flexibility. It also suits underground and in-wall routing where moisture intrusion is a concern. The smooth PVC inner wall reduces friction during wire pulls, which is especially useful on longer runs or when pulling multiple conductors simultaneously.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-fit flexible conduit for 1 inch liquid tight fittings used in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable local codes governing flexible conduit use. De-energize all circuits and lock out power at the panel before beginning any conduit work. Use liquid tight conduit fittings rated for the trade size and location type to maintain the moisture seal at each termination. Avoid sharp bends that exceed the conduit minimum bend radius, as kinking can restrict wire pull and compromise the conduit wall.
