It measures 3/16 inches (0.1875 inches) in diameter with an overall length of 3.8583 inches and a flute length of 1.7323 inches. Constructed from solid carbide and coated with a TiAlCr and TiSi dual-layer finish, it delivers enhanced hardness and heat resistance at the cutting zone. The 135-degree split-point tip reduces walking on entry and minimizes the need for a center punch. A 5xD flute-to-diameter ratio supports chip evacuation in deeper holes.
