Carrying the BNC200 manufacturer grade and a Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) TiN finish, this insert delivers thermal resistance and edge integrity when cutting hard, abrasive workpiece materials. It features an 80-degree diamond insert shape, a 1/2 inch inscribed circle, a 1/32 inch corner radius, and a 3/16 inch insert thickness. The left-hand configuration and negative rake geometry suit it for rigid setups on CNC turning centers. A licensed machinist or tooling specialist installs and qualifies this insert.
