The SUMITOMO 19RB200 is a DNMG432ENZ-style solid carbide turning insert with an AC830P manufacturer grade and an Al2O3 (aluminum oxide) CVD coating. Designed for negative-rake external turning operations, this insert features a 55-degree diamond shape, a 0.5-inch inscribed circle, and a 1/32-inch (0.0313-inch) corner radius. The CVD-applied Al2O3 coating provides thermal resistance and wear protection suited for demanding cutting applications. With a neutral hand orientation, the insert fits standard DNMG-compatible toolholders.
