Manufactured to the NF-CCMX insert style, it carries a DA2200 grade designation and is supplied uncoated, allowing the PCD cutting edge to work directly against the workpiece. The insert features an 80-degree diamond shape with a positive rake angle of 10 degrees and a relief angle of 7 degrees, producing clean, accurate cuts with reduced cutting forces. At 0.1102 inches in length with a 1/4-inch inscribed circle and a corner radius of 0.0078 inches, this insert is sized for fine finishing and semi-finishing operations. It is held in place via screw clamping and conforms to both ANSI and ISO 13399 standards.
