The STEINER 334-60-25GR is a vinyl welding curtain roll designed to provide arc flash and weld spatter protection in industrial and shop environments. Measuring 5 feet wide and 25 yards in length, this roll delivers continuous coverage for fabricating custom curtain panels or replacing worn sections on existing welding screens. The 14 mil thickness provides a durable barrier against UV radiation and weld spatter. The yellow tint allows ambient light transmission while filtering harmful arc radiation. Grommets are included along the top edge for straightforward hanging on standard curtain hardware. This product is installed by welding shop supervisors, maintenance personnel, and safety coordinators setting up welding bays.
This curtain roll is suited for use in production welding cells, maintenance shops, fabrication facilities, and anywhere welding operations require area isolation. It is appropriate for MIG, TIG, and stick welding environments where arc flash exposure and spatter containment are concerns. The roll format allows the material to be cut to custom lengths, making it adaptable to a wide range of booth widths and screen frame systems. Both light industrial and heavy fabrication settings commonly specify this type of curtain material.
Designed as a standard replacement or new-installation welding curtain material compatible with typical welding screen frames, curtain track systems, and grommet-mount hardware commonly used in industrial welding bays.
Installation is typically performed by maintenance personnel or safety staff. Ensure all welding operations in the area are shut down and power to any automated welding equipment is off before hanging or repositioning curtain panels. Use appropriate hooks, rods, or track hardware rated for the weight of the curtain section being hung. Local fire codes and OSHA 1910.252 welding safety standards should be consulted when establishing welding screen placement and coverage requirements.
