The variable pitch tooth pattern runs at 8 to 12 TPI, reducing vibration and improving cut quality across a range of material thicknesses. The cutting teeth are made from M42 high speed steel with a raker tooth set and positive rake angle, delivered on a flexible back for smooth tracking on the bandsaw wheel.
