The STANDARD ABRASIVES 7100142218 is a 3-inch non-woven quick-change disc designed for surface conditioning, blending, and finishing on metal and similar substrates. Built with aluminum oxide abrasive in a medium grade, this disc delivers consistent cut and surface finish across a range of deburring and prep applications. The TS (Type II) attaching system with a silver button provides secure, tool-free disc changes on compatible right-angle grinders and die grinders. Rated to 20,000 RPM, it handles demanding work without sacrificing control. The maroon non-woven construction conforms to irregular surfaces and resists loading, making it suitable for both flat and contoured workpieces.
This disc is suited for metal fabrication, weld blending, surface prep before coating, and light deburring tasks in industrial, automotive, and maintenance environments. The RC Series non-woven construction is commonly used by fabricators, pipefitters, and maintenance technicians who need repeatable surface conditioning results. The TSM quick-change compatibility allows rapid disc swaps, reducing downtime in production or field service settings. It is sold individually but requires a minimum order quantity of 100 units.

Always wear appropriate PPE including eye protection and gloves when operating abrasive tooling.
